Team

At Process Gear, we work as a team to address our customer’s needs.  Key members of this team are detailed below:

Jonathan Hertl, General Manager
Jonathan joined Process Gear in 1998 and has quickly grown through the ranks to become the General Manager. He is the primary contact for any customer and sales related enquiries.

Boris Ryvkin, Chief Engineer
Boris has been with Process Gear for approximately 8 years. He has extensive and in-depth knowledge of gear engineering. He has a team of two junior engineers who work with him on designing tooling and reviewing processes.

Leslie Bryant, Logistics/Production Manager
Leslie has been in the industry for approximately 15 years and with CF Gear family for over 8 years.
She has extensive experience in production scheduling and logistics.

Ray Petty, Quality Director
Ray has been with Process Gear for over 18 years as well. He heads a team of 3 and is the primary factor behind our TS certification.  While Ray is involved in maintaining the high quality standards that we set for ourselves, he also spearheads our continuous improvement and special projects.
